The AI Survival Kit

A field guide to connecting the tools you already own into a small system that runs your week. Written for real life — dinner, errands, the paperwork you keep meaning to do — not for engineers.

The Setup

The done-with-you version. I take a few people each month and build their system with them — your tools, your week, your hands on the keyboard. Two live sessions and a check-in, and you walk away running it yourself.

For years, the most reliable system in my life was my own memory — and it never got a night off.

On paper I was organized. In real life I paid a late fee on a bill I knew was coming, remembered appointments in parking lots, and wrote replies in my head that never made it to the phone. Every errand, renewal, and promise was filed in one place — my head — and my head was the only copy.

So I built myself a backstop out of the apps I was already paying for. The first version was more nag than help. Pieces broke — one failed so quietly it took me four days to notice. I kept rebuilding until it earned trust the only way a system can: it started catching what I dropped.

Here's what that bought me. The late fees stopped. Mornings start with coffee and one screen, not a scramble through apps. A thought I catch in a checkout line comes back exactly when it's useful. And while I'm at work, my life keeps moving without me — bills get flagged, errands get queued, loose ends get chased. The hours and headroom it handed back are how I wrote a book in the margins of a full-time job.

That book is The AI Survival Kit, and the system behind it became the thing I build with other people — no new apps, just the phone already in your pocket, wired around the way your life actually runs.

The Setup

You're the one everybody counts on to remember everything. The tools are already on your phone — the calendar, the notes, the assistant you pay for every month. What's missing is the wiring between them. It lives in your head, and you never get to set it down.

That's what we fix. You walk away with four things:

What you get

The whole thing is a short, fixed arc — about three weeks, two live sessions and a check-in, roughly two hours of your time on calls. Built with your hands on the keyboard, on the tools you already pay for. Nothing new to buy, and nothing that keeps billing you after we're done.

$300. Two live sessions, one check-in, and a system that's yours to keep.

Your tools were never the problem.
The wiring was.
